Wow, I had a great stay! The location is perfect, right between the old town and new shops-super convenient for everything. My Junior Suite was spacious with a comfy bedroom and living area, plus the staff were friendly and helpful. I especially loved the ladies' gym and spa, which made my downtime so relaxing. I felt totally safe and taken care of!
On the downside, I did experience a bit of noise from a party downstairs, which made it hard to sleep at times. the restaurant chairs could use some updates—one even cracked during my visit! And it was a bit strange having to pick up my food order from the front desk.

Lovely accommodation with KIND staff at the night shift. The breakfasts with fresh breads.
Beds were too soft.

its location was marvellous, short walk to madinah, makkah, and jeddah, the restaurant and the airport and al balad. also, we were 2 km from our favourite spot bicycle square. the restaurant was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Brand-new and spotless room and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, coffee and tea making equipment inside. Location just off the airport and Al Balad as well as Madinah, Makkah, and Jeddah.

Plenty of facilities like the fitness center and swimming pool kept me entertained . The junior suite felt spacious and was conveniently on the ground floor. The room was clean with essential amenities. The front of house staff were helpful, especially Mr Aseel during check-in and Mr Mohammed, the Front Office Manager, who gave me an upgrade to enhance my stay. On the downside, I wish the menu for the in-house restaurants was more accessible. A free breakfast would have been great too, but I can't complain much overall.

I especially enjoyed the well-appointed junior suite, which was spacious and clean, providing all the comforts I needed during my brief stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing my overall experience.
One minor drawback was the lack of accessibility for the in-house restaurant menu and prices, which could have made dining decisions easier during my short visit.

Had such a nice time during my stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything so much smoother. I really enjoyed the central location-everything from malls to parks and restaurants was just a stone's throw away! Plus, the room was clean and comfy, making it a cozy spot to unwind after a busy day.
There were a couple of hiccups. The underground parking was a bit tight, and I did have an incident where I stumbled upon an occupied room, which was pretty awkward. the breakfast price felt a bit steep for what was offered. it was a mixed bag but still a nice getaway!

I complained multiple times, but nothing was fixed. It's frustrating to be in a nice room and deal with such a basic issue.

The room service was prompt and friendly, enhancing our experience. We appreciated the well-maintained gym and leisure spa facilities, which included a relaxing sauna and outdoor swimming pool, making our visit feel luxurious.
We recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable stay.

missingWrote a review on 31 Octcramped bathroom
The bathroom leaves much to be desired. It's surprisingly cramped, and you have to close the door to access the toilet. Hot water is fleeting, leading to cold showers despite raising the issue multiple times. The lack of daily room service unless explicitly requested is unusual and inconvenient. The breakfast buffet lacks variety, and the location isn't ideal for nearby shopping or dining.

Just a great fit for one night in Jeddah with good price-value balance. The fitness center was a nice perk for a quick workout. If you need room service, plan ahead since it can be slow.
